IOT Plant in Seychelles

The refurbishment and expansion of Indian Ocean Tuna’s tuna processing plant in Victoria, Republic of Seychelles, aimed to improve the fish unloading process; increase storage capacity and optimize the cold system. The intervention included the construction of five new buildings in steel structure with direct foundations in reinforced concrete, totaling an area of ​​around 3,500m2. Gravidade was responsible for developing the Structures and Foundations project as well as coordinating the Architecture and Refrigeration projects.
