The building has a deployment area of 350m2 and construction gross area of 900m2.
It is a “bridge – building” with a wide-open ground floor and two high floors. The ground floor span is 23m.
It is a complex shape full plate reinforced concrete structure mainly composed by solid slabs and walls.
The architectural project, signed by Nuno Brandão Costa office, was awarded in 2008 the PRÉMIO SECIL ARQUITECTURA, the Portuguese most important architectural distinction.
