Vision Alverca Multi-residencial complex

The multi-residential housing complex located at Alverca includes 100 dwellings distributed on 5 floors above ground and 2 underground floors, totalling a GCA of 42,500m². It is located on a 58ha property with views of the River Tagus and includes a park with several leisure and sportsfacilities. The underground floors are used for parking, storage and technical areas, while the remaining floors are for residential use and various communal spaces for socialising, sports activities and swimming pools. The buildings are a reinforced concrete structure with solid flat slabs. The West limit of the plot has a special multi-anchored retaining wall. Gravidade was responsible for the development of Structural and Foundations projects from concept to detailed design and for the coordination of all the engineering disciplines.
