Barranco Longo Wine House

The new building is allocated to receive visitors and have an exhibitions area for tourist promotion of the farm and wine, as well as, to product storage. The building has an underground basement with generous 6m indoor height, ground floor and two elevated floors, in a total construction area of ​​255 m2. The structure, foundations and peripheral containment are made of reinforced concrete. The warehouse area is intended to expand the existing warehouse and shipping area. It features a single-span steel structure with a total area of ​​445 m2. Gravidade was responsible for the development of Structural and Foundations projects from concept to detailed design.
