East-Timor 4 Cty Water Supply & Sanitation

Concept and design of the water supply systems (water abstraction, treatment and distribution) and sanitation improvements in the municipals Baucau, Lospalos, Same and Viqueque, at East Timor. The project included all necessary infrastructure, namely, captions (springs, rivers and caverns), on-ground and elevated reservoirs, Water Treatment Plants (ETA), Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP), pumping stations, maneuvering chambers, technical buildings, tanks, chambers, public toilets and retaining walls, among others. Gravidade was responsible for the development of the Structural and Foundations, Escavations and Retining Structures projects from concept to detailed design.
