Paciência Eco Farm Resort

The four-star tourist unit is focused on enhancing built heritage and local agriculture as well as research, practice and culinary creation. Its construction dates back to the second half of the 20th century. XIX and is located at Roça Paciência in the northeast of Príncipe Island. These are traditional buildings, with stone masonry walls and timber roofs. The interventions sought to preserve existing buildings as much as possible and use traditional materials and construction techniques. Gravidade was responsible for the structural refurbishment of the building complex, as well as for the design of the new structures foreseen in the expansion program.
