Luanda Shopping Center – Comandante Gika Complex

Luanda Shopping is a part of Comandante Gika complex, being at the time of construction, the largest shopping center in Luanda, for a total of 185.500m2 and 241 stores. The scope of the intervention was the detailed design of steel structures, including several roofs and canopies for a total of 7000m2 and various interior and outdoor stairs with spans over 20m. The largest roof located at the main entrance of the shopping center, has a circular plan shape, overall dimensions of 106mx35m and maximum spans of 27m.
